Meet the Founders Behind ProudZone: The 2SLGBTQIA+ Platform Poised to Redefine Digital Community
July 28, 2025 – Cologne, Germany – ProudZone, an emerging digital platform created to empower 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals worldwide, is proud to introduce its founding leadership team: Ingo Recher, Colin Belcourt, Paulino Cardoso Jr., and Will Freeman. United by a shared vision of inclusion, safety, and possibility, the co-founders are laying the foundation for a new era of secure, affirming online spaces.
Now officially registered in both Germany and Canada, ProudZone is gaining early momentum as a trusted global destination for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, allies, and organizations. Though still in development, the platform is already resonating with communities worldwide—particularly those without access to safe, supportive spaces in their everyday lives.
The platform will offer access to support services, trusted information, entertainment, and interactive experiences. Users can join peer-led discussions, attend skill-building workshops, and connect in professional forums for corporate and private sector exchange. There are also safe, affirming spaces for social connection. ProudZone is especially vital for those facing legal persecution or isolation. It provides meaningful connection, trusted resources, and protected opportunities for expression.
Meet the Founders
- Ingo Recher, Chief Executive Officer – The original visionary behind ProudZone, Ingo brings over 15 years of startup experience and a proven track record of transforming early-stage ideas into purpose-driven ventures. His work is grounded in a strong commitment to inclusion and accessibility—particularly for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. Known for his values-led approach, Ingo leads with clarity and purpose, guiding innovation with authenticity and a sharp focus on safety.
- Colin Belcourt, Chief Human Resources and Community Officer – With over a decade of experience in human resources, team operations, and inclusive workplace design, Colin is building the internal infrastructure that allows teams to thrive. His expertise lies in developing people-centered systems that are both equitable and resilient. Drawing on a strong foundation in sustainability and social impact, he ensures ProudZone’s internal and external practices are not only supportive—but built to endure.
- Paulino Cardoso Jr., Chief Growth Officer – With a background in public relations, marketing strategy, and startup growth, Paulino brings a decade of experience helping mission-driven ventures find their voice and scale their impact. He leads ProudZone’s brand, outreach, and partnerships with a commitment to authenticity, visibility, and long-term growth. Through a blend of strategy and storytelling, he ensures every message and collaboration reflects the platform’s core values and global mission.
- Will Freeman, Chief Technology Officer – With more than 30 years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, Will brings deep technical expertise and a longstanding commitment to building secure, scalable digital infrastructure. He has led complex technology initiatives across industries, with a focus on data privacy, platform stability, and user protection. At ProudZone, Will is leading the development of the platform from the ground up—ensuring that every component is built to uphold the highest standards of safety, performance, and user confidence.
