Together with you as our Chief Growth Officer (CGO), we will provide millions of LGBTQ+ individuals who lack opportunities in the real world with an online neighbourhood where they can safely and soundly engage in community activities. We call it the communiverse.
To improve the lives of our community members, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Chief Growth Officer (CGO) as co-founder.
As our CGO, you:
- are playing a key role in shaping the strategic direction of ProudZone together with the founding team.
- are developing and implementing a comprehensive global growth strategy.
- are developing and implementing effective pricing and go-to-market strategies.
- are building and managing the teams responsible for growth initiatives.
- are monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- are the contact person for the project stakeholders, and one of the faces of ProudZone, representing the project to the public.
As our CGO, you should:
- be experienced in the online industry (ex. gaming, social media, social networks).
- have knowledge of marketing and sales.
- have fun creating something from scratch and think out of the box.
- have a strong connection to the LGBTQ+ Community.
In your role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you receive:
