Welcome to ProudVoices – where your Voice matters.

ProudVoices is a volunteer Diversity Council created to ensure ProudZone reflects the real experiences, needs, and concerns of our community.

Members share their perspectives and recommendations with the ProudZone team as we build the platform. While final decisions remain with the founders, every voice is genuinely considered in shaping how ProudZone grows.

Why do we need your voice?

At the current, still early stage of ProudZone, we are a small but ambitious team that can’t yet represent the vibrant diversity of our Community in its entirety. Our mission is clear: we want to build the safest and most inclusive online neighborhood for all members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community. To achieve our goal, we need different perspectives on the needs and challenges of our Community.

How will we hear your voice?

We will ask for your opinion during a regular bi-monthly online meeting or, if needed, via a brief individual conversation. But we keep it as short as possible, with a maximum time commitment of 3 hours per month.

Who can join ProudVoices?

We believe that every voice is valuable. Therefore, the only requirements you need to bring are an open mind and a willingness to discuss topics with people from different backgrounds and life situations.

Important: To protect the privacy of our ProudVoices members, we keep membership in ProudVoices confidential. Each member decides for themselves whether we may publicly name them as a member.

Is there something else to know?

This is an unpaid, volunteer advisory role, with no labor obligations. To begin with, we restricted the number of ProudVoice Members to 10, intending to expand over time.
